Prices
are per apartment for normal occupancy per day without breakfast. There will be a charge of € 30,00 per day for each adult, accommodation only. Service (without kitchen area and on Sunday’s (day off)) are included. Exclusive Tourist tax from 14 years on € 2,40 per day.
Summer: Please note that the room service is only available every second day.

Parking

Our outdoor parking spots are free of charge. A garage space costs € 5,00 per day. Reservation for the limited places recommended.

Children

up to 5 years in parent’s bedroom free of charge. Baby sets (cots, high chairs and baby monitors) are available free of charge. For children aged 6 to 12 we will charge a supplement of € 15,00 per child/day for an additional bed.

Breakfast

Winter: Our copious breakfast is only available on pre-order, and for the entire stay. There is a charge of € 20,00 per person per day. Children up to the age of 5 years are free, from 6 to 12 years we charge € 14,00 per child per day.

Pets

Only upon application.

Condition of Reservation

To secure your reservation please provide a deposit of € 500,00 per apartment.
This may be paid by bank transfer or per credit card.

Cancellation

We kindly ask for understanding that a cancellation without charge is only possible up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date. Should you need to cancel in these last 3 months, Austrian hotel booking conditions apply. Our tip: take out holiday cancellation insurance. More information you will find here.

Payment

by Maestro-Card or in cash. Payment by credit card is only when staying 3 days of more.

Arrival/departure

The apartment may be occupied from 4 pm on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure we ask that you vacate the apartments by 10:30 am at the latest.
